We met up at our rental property and did a walkthrough together to go over the renovations that were in progress and the goals that we had with renting the property. There was a slight miscommunication regarding fees at the very beginning, but Trey bent over backwards to make up for that confusion. He really went above and beyond. Ever since they took over management for our property I have literally not had to worry about a single thing. There was even a period of time that I actually forgot I even owned a rental property because Trey and team were handling everything for me. I was able to fully automate all of my expenditure payments (mortgage, insurance, etc.) to be automatically withdrawn because I was able to rely on Trey to make sure that each month's rent was collected, and deposited, on time, every time.

I was out of town & could not view it & went on good faith. They wouldn't fix nothing & 8 mos later the windows units were still leaking water. Find another place!
