So, let's start with the property, it is decent looking but don't let the outside fool you. This place has gone downhill. The walls are very thin, and you can hear all conversations. Music so loud and doors slamming so hard it rattles my entire front room and kitchen area. Grilling on property whereas the smoke goes inside the home is a health and safety hazard. The smoke is so close to the apartments, that the smoke travels into your home very strongly. The main issue i am currently having is the mice everywhere around the property, underground and inside my home. Trash, roaches, you name it they have it. Dog poop everywhere. If you work from home this is the worst place to be. The mice eat the fibers underground which are wired to your apartment, so your internet is always out. Thanks to my hotspot on my phone, it has saved me a number of times. Xfinity warned me about this place as they came out here at least 10 times about the mice eating the fibers underground and they denied it, but i guess they cannot deny it now. There is an infestation of mice and there are so many complaints. I have spent weeks staying at others for a peace of mind. Good luck if you end up staying here.

Always hated apartments because of the noise the foul cooking smells from neighbors and the poor service and maintenance of the complex. However, this place is ran, wonderfully, the staff goes out of their way to help you. The maintenance staff comes the same day or the day after a maintenance request is made!!! They are courteous, professional, and hard-working! The office staff is friendly, competent, and diligent. I can’t recommend these apartments enough. ❤️❤️❤️ Now, if you find the perfect apartment complex, don’t move there and screw it up. 😆
