  Tengo tiempo viviendo acá y es un lugar muy seguro aparte de eso un personal muy acogedor, todas las mañanas voy al gimnasio y casi siempre me consigo con Sheila Crespo una energía increíble, muy educada y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que uno necesite, definitivamente ella siempre me saca un sonrisa y este tipo de energía hacen que el lugar sea mucho mejor 👏🏻

  I stopped by these apartments to get information and I had a great experience with the leasing consultant Delmy. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were happy to answer all of my questions, took the time to show me around, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It was clear that they take pride in the community and care about providing excellent service. The positive interaction with the staff really stood out and made a strong impression. I would absolutely recommend this complex based on the friendliness and professionalism of the team alone.

  I can’t say enough good things about Jackie, the Assistant Property Manager. During my move-out process, she went above and beyond to make what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Jackie was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. Her quick responses, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but also makes you feel supported every step of the way. I’m very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend working with her.

  I moved here in 2020 and have lived in the community for five years. Over that time, I have noticed significant changes. I can count on one hand the number of times I needed to visit the office for assistance, yet on those few occasions, I was not acknowledged upon entering. On one visit, I requested help retrieving a package that was stuck in the parcel locker. Although there were three staff members at their computers, only one employee assisted me. When he asked a colleague for guidance, she appeared uninterested and unwilling to help. Additionally, the overall quality of the community has declined. When I first moved in, the environment was quiet and well-maintained. Now, there are children everywhere, and residents with multiple vehicles take up excessive parking, leaving limited space for others. They never answer their phone, or return emails. So don’t even bother calling. Overall, I am relieved to have made the decision to move out this year.
