  Without saying this property is amazing.. the trees the squirrels the quietness… the staff is extremely professional and always listening to concerns .. Mary has been amazing with expediting Maintenance in a timely manner.. concerns she jumps right on it… can’t say enough about how proud i am to be apart of this community as a Resident… you can’t find this Community hidden Gem surrounded by trees nature and Excellent Staff✅Mary We appreciate you more than you’ll ever know

  “I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience honestly. From the beginning, I clearly told Mary that I did not want anyone living above me because of noise issues. She even acknowledged this again in front of the manager today. Despite that, they still placed me in a unit with residents above me. When I first asked to see the apartment before signing, Mary told me they were ‘finishing up’ inside and it would be ready in about 30 minutes. But when I moved in, it was obvious the unit was nowhere near ready, which means the information I was given wasn’t accurate at all. And today, instead of listening to me and trying to resolve things politely, the manager chose to speak in a rude and defensive way, which was very unprofessional and unnecessary. I’m sharing this review so future tenants know what to expect. I genuinely hope management improves the way they communicate and treats people with more honesty and respect.”

  Ashley Holmes is a wonderful place to live pet friendly where your safety matters Maintenance is always here when you need them management absolutely courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend moving Ashley house Apartments they have a basketball court indoors which closes right at 6 o’clock. They have an indoor gathering area which closes at 6 o’clock and they have a fitting room which is open 24 hours a day. as a resident myself I wouldn’t move to any other apartments. It’s very quiet

  I really love the central location and quiet environment! Mary in the leasing office made my application process smooth and helped me find the best unit for me! I recently moved in and I'm enjoying myself so far. I also got a chance to be serviced by Jorge from the maintenance team, very knowledgeable and friendly!

  I asked to see my new apartment before signing the contract, but Mary refused for reasons I don't know. After I signed the contract, she allowed me to see the apartment. My request was that I didn't want anyone living above me because of the noise. The reason I agreed was that I had a friend who lived there, and I thought it was the same apartment. To my surprise, it wasn't the same at all; it was completely different. Some of the electrical appliances were broken, and others were old and didn't work. Besides that, there was the noise from the neighbors who live on the floor above me. 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎 Update after management response Thank you for your response, but it is not accurate to present what happened as a simple ‘misunderstanding.’ I want to clarify the situation exactly as it occurred. First, my request to view the apartment before signing was completely denied, and I was given incorrect information when I was told the unit would be ready in about 30 minutes. When I entered the apartment after signing, it was clear that this was not true, as the unit was nowhere near ready. Second, I clearly stated from the beginning that I did not want anyone living above me due to noise issues. Mary herself confirmed this in front of the manager. So portraying this as confusion is simply misleading. Third, although some issues were later fixed, these were problems that should not have existed in the first place. Hiding the actual condition of the apartment before the contract and then fixing things afterward does not count as good service, nor does it change the fact that the experience started off with inaccurate information. My review reflects my real experience without exaggeration. I hope future residents are treated with transparency and honesty rather than excuses.”
