  Mr. Schramm was and is a great person to have on your team. He not only makes you forget the pressures of buying a home he relieves the tension that comes with purchasing a home. I’m a 100% disabled veteran that sometimes experience less than acceptable experiences but not with Kevin. He makes you feel like you’re dealing with a family member/friend. I thank him so much for being in my corner throughout this whole process. Please don’t hesitate to give him a call or me for that matter and he will put all your anxiety to rest. Thank you Kevin for everything you did to help this old dude and my wife their dream home.

  I was a first time home buyer. I was extremely nervous and had no platform or grid for what was expected of me from a loan officer. Kevin never made me feel nervous or anxious. He even explained information to me more than once because I often forgot, namely because the information was so new to me. I've never met someone so patient. I will go to Kevin again - for refinancing and for my next home.
