I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. From the moment I moved in, I noticed roache feces EVERYWHEREEEEE — THEY PAINTED OVER A full-on infestation. There roach body parts in the kitchen cabinets, freezer door, microwave, window seals, bathroom, and even crawling across the floor in broad daylight. They claimed the unit I rented was “renovated” but really they just took bright white paint and tried to mask the roach poop, but the smell was the most musty funky smell I ever encountered and was a hazard to me and my children’s health. Roach poop was found in unreachable places I removed the cabinets and discovered the most filthy conditions imaginable, They sent a woman to “clean” but she couldn’t do anything to help, I highly advise you look elsewhere so many tenants complained, my coworker who lived there told me she had roaches in her bed!!! I lived there for 7 days and immediately contacted corporate to break the lease, burn it down!

I moved here in 2020. It took them three years to replace the dryer that I told them set my clothes on fire and then I did not feel safe leaving my clothes unattended in the dryer because it would unexpectedly stop tumbling, but it would not turn off. And often I would open the dryer when I noticed that it stopped tumbling, and there will be smoke coming from inside the dryer. Then there was the Hvac/ AC has been a constant issue. After several complaints, with video/audio evidence. The person that they have that is supposedly an HVAC technician Mario doesn’t do anything. I have watched him on my camera literally do nothing. So after 3 years they finally hired some real Hvac techs to fixed the problem. They immediately noted that the unit above me had a leak in their AC unit and that was a causing a problem with my AC unit now I have mold growing in the vents and they are refusing to hire a third-party to come and do air quality testing. They clearly forgot that there was a problem which was producing moisture and humidity in the AC because it is still not functioning properly . I have Complained that even though the thermostat says 69, it is clearly warmer than that in the apartment. I have a digital thermostat that shows the apartment is actually 75- 78°. I have asked them to replace the thermostat. They have not done so. The AC constantly cycles, but never actually cools my apartment as it should. It turns on for 5 minutes and turns for 8 minutes all day long. And So I can smell the musty smell every time the AC comes on because there is mold that has accumulated from the prior leak and the fact that the AC is not working properly. I did an at home mold testing kit. I did not have to swab anything, the pictures are just from being exposed to the circulating air in the apartment for an hour. As you see the one with no growth is from the air that is in the bedroom closet, which does not have any direct air circulating from the vent. Unless you are OK with living with the possibility that you might be breathing in black mold pores or your apartment will catch fire from your dryer, do not move here.
