  They promise a lot and don’t deliver any of them. Water shut of legitimately every day for minimum 5 hours, no pest control, can’t see parking lot lines, the lights around the apartment complex don’t work so it’s completely dark. Now they charging for regular parking; 25 dollars a month to register your car. They said they would repaint the parking lot once they implemented this, but they haven’t. All they have been doing is finding new ways to charge tenants more with fees.

  DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEXE.IT IS THE WORST. They keep making changes without anybody knowing. Our A.C. keeps breaking down. The employees at the leasing office are rude. They have 2 offices and when you need help they keep sending you back and forth between the offices. The property manager is never on site to talk to. Every time you go in there they tell you a different story. They raise your rent and can't even explain why. My lease is up in a few weeks. My wife got all the paperwork showing that we're leaving and now they say they don't have anything showing that ourease is up and that we have proper paperwork. Dealing with them is a bunch of migraine. At the end of everymo.th everybody is packed in the office with different issues. Even when you pay your rent they send you eviction notices and when you go to the office they act like they haven't received your payment. There are roaches everywhere. I went there at 10 in the morning the door was lock. I can see through the glass and there was an employee in there yelling that they were closed. How can you be closed at the beginning of the month at 10 in the morning. I cant say all my problems on here but if you're looking to move please don't come to this place. They will make you sick. They are the worst.

  I've been here for 6 months. 6 months of nothing but stress and issues. New management and accounting has been messed up for months. Every month I have to go to the office about being overcharged on my rent, every month I hear the same excuse, we are working on it. Working on it for 4 months? I have asked 3 times to have my apartment sprayed for roaches. No one has bothered to even come and look. When I requested for the 4th time, I was told they sent someone but I refused them entry! What a lie! Why would I request to have my apartment sprayed 3 times and then deny them entry? ???? There are Cats everywhere outside. Neighbor throws catfood out on the porch, not in a bowl just throws on the porch. The stench is horrible plus it draws knats, flies and roaches. I pay way too much rent to stay in a roach infested apartment. It has been a struggle since day 1. Always issues. A neighbor had a gun shot through his window and was unable to reach anyone on the after hours phone number. No one ever answers the phones. The only reason I gave one star, is for general maintenance requests I have generally only waited 1 day for service. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Now my bathroom ceiling is leaking. All phone numbers for this complex the boxes are full. No way to submit an emergency maintenance request! What the hell? ? ?
