  I left one star because you have to have one. But let me tell you about this place it’s Rat infested it has mold everywhere in your apt my wife and I was in the paper because of this place the health department wants to close this place down but it keeps changing owners a new your company owns it now. Do yourself a favor don’t move here trust me I have pictures and videos to prove it my name is Anthony I was on the North side N263 so they will no it’s me this place made me daughter very sick don’t move here please god will soon close this place

  Donot live here I stayed here when I was pregnant I lived on the second floor it flooded it was literally raining in my apartment it caused mold and roaches real bad and they wouldn’t come fix it I harassed the office they didn’t do anything when my baby was born we weren’t even home for a week and we caught roaches in her crib I left 24 hrs later my baby also ended up having an ear infection at one week old they now are chewing at my credit but they were the ones who broke the lease and the law they won’t let me upload my pictures but don’t live her or you’ll end up taking them to court for real please donot live here it is a whole scam it’s not what they make it seem at all

  If I could give this place a -1 I would. When I lived here the gate was always broken so there was no security whatsoever. My car got broken into and my place was infested with fleas. I don't own a cat or a dog and yet there were fleas in the apartment, and they wanted to blame me for it? They made a huge deal about sending the pest service but they didn't even rip out the carpet from the previous tenant. It was terrible! If you want to be bitten by fleas then trust me this is the way to do it. I moved out as immediately as I could but overall it was terrible and they don't even do basic maintenance. Please save your money and look somewhere else.
