  I want to thank you Chris and Ty for the professionalism, promptness, and the speed with which you worked so that we could fit into the deadline we had. You kept your word and that is very important. I don't want to give the name of the bank but before I got to Chris we tried to get a HELOC not knowing that it is only for single family homes in Texas and this bank held us up for 3 weeks after we submitted all the documents when they could have told us from the start that we could not access this type of loan, not to waste precious time. We were lucky that Chris and Ty found another loan product and worked quickly for us and we were on time. I can only speak superlatives about this team. With such a team you can always achieve your goals! It was a great pleasure to work with you. I will gladly recommend you to all our friends. It was a positive experience! You are the best!   As a 1st time homeowner choosing a loan officer was very stressful in the beginning. I reached out to Christopher Parrish for an estimate and the rest is history. He was very patient, informative and not pushy as I had also reached out to 3 other loan officers for an estimate. He was able to explain to me and be very transparent regarding the fees. I had such a great experience working with him. He answered any questions or concerns I had and kept me on track so that this wasn't a long drown out process. I would definitely recommend him!
