  Tom and Eva were fantastic! They were incredibly kind and always ready to answer any questions we had. Any time we wanted to view a property, Tom was ready to set it up and work around my schedule. They made the home buying process easy and stress free. And when we found our home, they worked tirelessly to ensure we had everything ready for closing. Tom was extremely helpful with finding inspectors and insurance companies and really made the whole process smooth. They were there for closing, explaining what was being signed and even celebrated with us after closing. Tom even paid for our cleaner for the house. We had an amazing experience with them and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stress free way to buy a home. If you are looking for a company that will treat you like family, Best Bet Realty Group is it.

  We had such a great experience working with Tom and Eva Betsill at Best Bet Realty Group! When I first reached out to them on June 14, it was just to chat about the possibility of listing our home and get their advice on what still needed to be done before putting it on the market. They were flexible with our constantly changing schedules, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond in every way. They even helped set up flooring consults and met with contractors at the house when we couldn’t be there. Thanks to their guidance and hard work, we went under contract just 4 days after listing—and we closed in under two months from the very first time I reached out. They gave us a realistic idea of what to expect financially, and their original profit estimate was within just a few hundred dollars of the final number.   I had used 2 other realtors in the past 3 years. One to find a property to rent and another during a search for a my first home that I had to put on hold for a year. Switching to Tom was best decision I could have made. Tom showed incredible patience with me as a first time home buyer. He answered all my questions whenever I had them, was present every step of the way, kept me up to date, and kept me on track for buying the home I wanted. In addition, he showed integrity and honesty in all our dealings. I am sure there are some good realtors in San Antonio, but if you want a great one, give Tom a call.

  Buying or selling, make your life easier by calling Tom and Eva. Absolutely the most wonderful, helpful, caring couple I’ve done business with by far. The time Tom dedicated to making sure I found what I needed and wanted was top notch!!!! They treated me like family and took care of me better than I could’ve asked.
