- KLKenyson Lewis2 days ago5.0I had such an amazing move-in experience thanks to my leasing agent, Stephanie Ruiz. I truly can’t say enough good things. From the very beginning she was patient with me and all of my questions, she gave me a really thorough tour of the building and told me about things to do downtown/perks of living at Deco. She truly made it feel like it was already my home. She also kept me updated through every step of the process, and just made what could’ve been a stressful move feel very easy. I toured SEVERAL places in Fort Worth and I will just say that it is rare to find someone who is professional and genuinely kind, but Stephanie is!! If you’re thinking about living here, ask for Stephanie to help you! - and she always dresses so nice!!

This is my 5th high rise = The Katy Dallas, Gables Park 17 Dallas, Skyhouse Dallas, Skyhouse Denver, Deco 969 Ft Worth. Only been here a month but I can tell you Deco 969’s already #2 at the top of my list, probably #1 with a little more time. :) Amenity’s, staff, neighbors, neighbor hood, safety = next level. Highly recommend.

There's literally fees for every little thing and the rent is extremely overpriced, yet you're definitely not getting what you pay for. Avoid this place, there are so many better places in the area.

These guys truly accommodate their guests and give you the white color glove epierence from.supe to nuts... Stephanie has truly given me this is experience , go and see her she's the best.
