HUGE RED FLAG ALERT!!! BE WARNED: This apartment complex supports HARRASMENT and ABUSIVE NEIGHBORS that promotes a HOSTILE ENVIROMENT. I had the worst professional experience of my life at this complex. On August 21st at 2 a.m., I was on the property for a delivery. I was standing peacefully in the common area where four apartment doors converge, including my client's, waitting for the DELIVERY CODE. Suddenly, the resident from the next door started harassing me. Through her doorbell camera, she menacingly asked why I was in a space she clearly considered "hers," despite it being a common area. Seconds later, in a confrontational tone, she then opened her door to demand, **"Can I help you with something?"**. My calm and professional response only enraged her. Without any valid reason, she threatened to call the police, and she did. When the police arrived, they immediately understood the situation. They quickly let me go, acknowledging that I had committed no wrongdoing and that the situation was a clear case of harassment and a disturbance of peace committed by the resident. Let's point out that this is not only an abusive and irresponsible waste of police resources, but also an **ABUSE OF FALSE REPORTS**. We're talking about 8 POLICE OFFICERS, pulled away from their REAL DUTIES to attend to a neighbor ENRAGED by a MCDONALDS BURGER BAG being dropped next door. All this, while other people in Texas could have been in POTENTIAL REAL DANGER. It's also paradoxical that someone who apparently , feels unsafe would open the door, to start a confrontation. Right the next day, I immediately called the police station to FILE A POLICE REPORT. But what truly shocked me was the management's reaction. After filling the Police Report, I called the office to report the unfortunate events to the complex manager, she took sides with the violent resident in an attempt to protect the business, completely forgetting that this is not only harassment in the workplace for professionals who work for delivery companies at night, but also a complete inconvenience for the 3 doors next to this resident. The manager implied, **"SHE WOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE TOO,"** and "SHE WAS GLAD THEY TOOK CARE OF THE MATTER." I could feel in her tone of voice that she was almost delighted all of this had happened, adding how she started interrupting and talking over me while I was explaining this delicate event. Being said all this, she didnt made the slight attempt to apologize on behalf of the resident, or say "Im sorry this happened, we will investigate and make sure its being taken care of" In her mind, at 2 a.m., this type of aggression and harassment is okay. So it is her rightful decision to protect a controlling neighbor who feels in charge of patrolling her neighbors with her door camera, forgetting to protect the privacy of other residents who enjoy night services provided by professionals like me, who work for her community at late hours. Clearly, having professionals available at those hours is not an inconvenience, but A PRIVILEGE THEY SHOULD APPRECIATE AND BE GREATFULL FOR IT, while they can enjoy their favorite Netflix show until 5 a.m. I, at 2 a.m., was starting my day full of energy and joy, ready to provide services to communities from all over Tarrant County, including Woodchase Apartments. This situation reveals a serious FAILURE IN SAFETY AND PROFESIONALISM: **Constant Danger:** The resident puts herself at risk by confronting strangers in a common area at 2 a.m. while also harassing professionals who are doing their legitimate job. **Approval and Abandonment:** The manager not only failed to protect me but also validated the aggression, peace disturbance, abuse of government resources, and prejudice. She's protecting the aggressor, which leaves the surrounding neighbors vulnerable to the same kind of harassment. Consider this a WARNING. If this complex's management protects a resident who HARASES OTHERS and makes FALSE POLICE REPORTS, imagine the problems that could arise in the future. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

My move in experience was 5 star. It was a high stress move and needed an apartment quickly. Tracy was likable, attentive, empathetic and explained the property application and rental process very well. This was a very pleasant move in experience. The apartment was clean and ready on time. The other office staff are friendly. (Looking at you Alexis). The maintenance staff even stop and say hi. I look forward to living here.

Have to give a FLAT OUT ZERO!! They look nice & affordable but have a lot of faulty appliances catching on fire. My sister and niece moved her in Mid December and in January while SLEEPING their WATER HEATER caught on fire 🔥!! One of the scariest things to happen while we are all sleeping in the night. CLEARLY there was no safety inspection done before moving in which says a lot already. We contacted the office multiple times to address what happened and they COMPLETELY ignored us! We finally got a response after a week of reaching out ONLY because we threatened to sue they behind!! Then when she spoke with them and asked to be moved to a new unit out of concern for her child’s safety the regional and property manager responded basically telling her she would have To stay in the burnt up apartment with a faulty WATER HEATER until MARCH (2months away) when they have “vacant” apartments available. Sad thing is that they didn’t care that the apartment went into flames. Now we are in the process of suing BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR ACCOMMODATE HER AT ALL but it all could have been avoided if they actually cared about their tenants. Then my sister posts a review (SHAY) and they gaslight her after they put no effort to fix their mess up and tell her to reach out just for show & disappear again with no resolution or response. It’s all for show , the management here is HORRIBLE and should be ashamed! WOULD NOT recommend unless you have a lawyer on stand by!!
