I drove in from MS the communication was amazing. I definitely would recommend, location is great, the community is beautiful. It’s close to everything driving distance or uber. Olga was amazing honestly and very accommodating. Space is great. You definitely get what you pay for.

Olga showed us the house, helped us get a great discount, and guided us through every step — from explaining all the rules to helping place our work order. Nikki, the manager, was equally amazing! She helped us secure the house, handled all the documentation smoothly, and went above and beyond, even staying past hours to get our approval processed. Both were incredibly responsive and made the entire process so easy. Highly recommend Station 3700!
