I don’t know when exactly the management changed but this new management is so rude. My apartment caught on fire a few months ago and they didn’t really do anything to help me. I had to pay $100 for paint and supplies to repaint my bedroom after the fire because they didn’t want to help me. The only time they reached out to me was to threaten me with charging me with apartment damages unless I call my insurance. Then I call the insurance and they never follow back up with me to make sure everything was taking care of. After the sprinklers went off during the apartment fire there was mold in my carpet and it took over a month for my work order to be completed for them to help clear it out. Then they rekeyed my mailbox and I can’t get in my mailbox to get my packages and they never gave me the new key and apparently the office hours changed from 9-6 to 8-5 with notification. I work from 8-5 so I never get a chance to make it to the office before they close!! And I asked them about my package and the lady acted like she couldn’t care less if my package was returned to sender and I can’t get my package back from a mailbox I can’t even open. I miss the old management. They were the main reason I even moved into these apartments.

The place is ok. But omg, the stairwell is horrible , u can hear everything through the stairwell, it is made cheaply, I would not have anyone live here, but I know times are hard and have no choice. But if you do , please stay away from there, its not what it looks like , it is just 0 stars , but can't leave it

Jocelyn, Laura and Taliah were extremely helpful in guiding me through the online portal. The space they showed was clean, updated, and exactly as advertised. They were very kind, and the office smelled amazing. This was one of the first places I visited that actually looked like the photos online—many other places were the complete opposite, with great-looking leasing offices but disappointing units. Overall, a refreshing and honest experience.

Apartment complex is not child friendly. Children are not allowed to play with chalk outside. Parents will be fined $50.
