    I want to express my sincere appreciation to both the maintenance and office teams for their outstanding service. The maintenance team responded promptly to my recent request and resolved the issue efficiently. They worked neatly and left the area clean and organized, which I truly value. So far, their attention to detail and professionalism have been excellent. The office team has consistently demonstrated courtesy, respect, and a willingness to help. Toliah, Laura, and Jocelyn have been exceptionally responsive and supportive with every request I’ve had. Additionally, the other team members—though I don’t know all their names—have always assisted me with a smile and the same level of courtesy. Thank you all for your dedication and commitment to providing such a positive living experience.

    I don’t know when exactly the management changed but this new management is so rude. My apartment caught on fire a few months ago and they didn’t really do anything to help me. I had to pay $100 for paint and supplies to repaint my bedroom after the fire because they didn’t want to help me. The only time they reached out to me was to threaten me with charging me with apartment damages unless I call my insurance. Then I call the insurance and they never follow back up with me to make sure everything was taking care of. After the sprinklers went off during the apartment fire there was mold in my carpet and it took over a month for my work order to be completed for them to help clear it out. Then they rekeyed my mailbox and I can’t get in my mailbox to get my packages and they never gave me the new key and apparently the office hours changed from 9-6 to 8-5 with notification. I work from 8-5 so I never get a chance to make it to the office before they close!! And I asked them about my package and the lady acted like she couldn’t care less if my package was returned to sender and I can’t get my package back from a mailbox I can’t even open. I miss the old management. They were the main reason I even moved into these apartments.
