The staff has been amazing since day one, super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever I need something. The amenities are definitely a huge plus, too. I’ve really enjoyed using everything the community offers, and it’s made my experience feel even more like home. Overall, I’ve had such a great time here so far that I’m seriously considering re-signing my lease for next year. I definitely recommend Gateway at Denton to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive, and well-run place to live!

My personal problems with staying here this year would be with wifi inconsistencies, and the water-damaged ceiling not being addressed. Something that confused me being that the maintenance team used my kitchen knife without permission to do the work order, like shouldn’t their available tools be enough to do the job?
