  NEW RENTERS BEWARE - My daughter rented an apartment and lived at this property for a full year. She moved out on August 31, 2025 and has yet to receive her $1,726.87 deposit back. She has made countless inquires in person and on the phone with the property itself, spoken numerous times to the outside third party company they utilize for refunds Smart Dispurse, left messages with the property management company Grey Star (no returned calls to date). She has competed all required steps and has documented proof of such. She has been given the run around for months. There is no urgency on their part to return her money. This is her first apartment rental and it has been a very disappointing move out experience to say the least. Unfortunately, she will likely have no choice but to take legal action for the rightful return of her deposit.

  My daughter and I viewed this apartment a week ago. Staff were great and very friendly. The apartment was beautiful. My daughter fell in loved with it.

  I stopped in to check out the property because I’m going to be moving to Denton for school and Denton station is only 3 miles from TWU. But when I toured I was absolutely mind blown by the dedication of the entire staff, I’ve never been to a property that cared so much about experience of a guest like me. Alta Denton station is definitely at the top of my list now!!!

  My experience working with Jackson was incredible. From the moment I arrived, he made the entire leasing process smooth, simple, and completely stress-free. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about helping you find the perfect home. He took the time to answer every question and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely puts your needs first and delivers exceptional service, Jackson is the one to trust. I can’t recommend him enough.

  Yet again, I am appreciative for the Alta Denton Station management team for their professionalism during a recent (and very unexpected) housing concern. No fault to either party. Navigating a situation that made my unit unlivable under normal expectations was incredibly stressful, but Bailee and Madison handled it with genuine care and urgency. Wow! Despite the unusual nature of my request, these business women made the process of transferring to a new apartment, both smooth and efficient. They each took the time to listen, validate my concerns, and quickly provided resolutions that prioritized my well-being, a solid, working relationship, and most of all peace of mind. Moving is rarely easy, especially under difficult circumstances, but Bailee and Madison‘s responsiveness turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into something manageable, and even reassuring. I am grateful for Bailee’s validating my concerns in person and in email, and the extra steps that both women took to ensure I was heard, supported, and taken care of. What stood out to me was every time I walked into the office, Madisen would immediately come to the front desk with concern to see what I needed. Her level of responsiveness and personal attention made a big difference during the time when I felt overwhelmed.She too communicated through email and quickly at that! This is residential care at its finest!
