    I stopped in to check out the property because I’m going to be moving to Denton for school and Denton station is only 3 miles from TWU. But when I toured I was absolutely mind blown by the dedication of the entire staff, I’ve never been to a property that cared so much about experience of a guest like me. Alta Denton station is definitely at the top of my list now!!!

    My experience working with Jackson was incredible. From the moment I arrived, he made the entire leasing process smooth, simple, and completely stress-free.     Yet again, I am appreciative for the Alta Denton Station management team for their professionalism during a recent (and very unexpected) housing concern. No fault to either party. Navigating a situation that made my unit unlivable under normal expectations was incredibly stressful, but Bailee and Madison handled it with genuine care and urgency. Wow! Despite the unusual nature of my request, these business women made the process of transferring to a new apartment, both smooth and efficient. They each took the time to listen, validate my concerns, and quickly provided resolutions that prioritized my well-being, a solid, working relationship, and most of all peace of mind. Moving is rarely easy, especially under difficult circumstances, but Bailee and Madison‘s responsiveness turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into something manageable, and even reassuring. I am grateful for Bailee’s validating my concerns in person and in email, and the extra steps that both women took to ensure I was heard, supported, and taken care of. What stood out to me was every time I walked into the office, Madisen would immediately come to the front desk with concern to see what I needed. Her level of responsiveness and personal attention made a big difference during the time when I felt overwhelmed.She too communicated through email and quickly at that! This is residential care at its finest!

    I've been living here for almost a year. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. I felt I could ask questions without having to be judged, since it was my first time living in a "high-end" apartment complex. (I say high end due to living and little worse areas) Also haven't had any issues that I don't need to call maintenance often. Another that irks me, towards more to the community: can you not leave yours trash outside your door (when its not pick up time) I don't want to look at or even smell it as I get out and in to my apartment. One more thing, I'm sure staff has been on to them. But pick up your dog's poop from the patio. I don't want to look at it while I'm walking or even smell it. I feel bad for the poor dogs, one of them is a husky and I know how hyper active they are. I’m giving this place 3 stars mainly because of issues that seem to come from how the complex was built or managed by corporate rather than the on-site staff. However, the construction quality could definitely be better; the walls are very thin, and living under someone, I can hear every footstep and kids running above me. Parking is also pretty limited, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, it’s not terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the design and planning of the property. I don't mind the noises since I work overnight and sleep throughout the day ( I can sleep through the noises) But be aware, if you don't like it then I'd suggest living 3rd floor.

    Aside from the leasing office being unresponsive or just having bad communication practices (I don’t know that they’re that tied up to not respond to a simple email. Every time I walked in when I lived there, they were sitting at their computer.), they just outright did not refund my $900 deposit. Firstly, they never actually informed me with an itemized receipt of my refund, I just happened to check my portal, called the office to confirm the total and the address the check would be sent to, then they deactivated my account without notice. Secondly, I continue to get the run around for this. I understand that corporate handles accounting matters. Why not make it clear to them that your previous tenant did not receive their funds? Instead, I’m told that accounting is “looking into it”. Took them about a week to do so or they simply forgot to update me. Then I was followed up with another email from leasing office stating that I’d be getting an email with a link to choose how I’d like to be refunded within seven days of receiving that email. It has been seven days. Still nothing. We moved out August 24th. I turned in keys early and everything. I’d like to receive my full refund. That is not a small amount of money on top of the ridiculous amount paid in rent already.
