She was super friendly and helpful even took the time out to make my son feel safe and comfortable while we were there…she was one of the 1st agents I have spoken to in a while that was extremely professional and made me feel at ease with my apartment search… I typically don’t write reviews but I needed to share my experience with Ms. Terhaneicha.

- KFKeia FullerAug 30, 20241.0If I could this place 0 stars I would I’ve been a resident here for 6 years never had any problems & never have been a problem we recently got new management & the front office lady LaShannon is beyond rude & very unprofessional I went to talk with her on 2 different occasions about a problem with my neighbors vandalizing my property & today when I went to go talk to her she wanted to no when my lease was up & acted as if I was the problem & when I asked for the number to the corporate office she said she don’t have that information I’m assuming since it’s not her property getting vandalized it’s not her issue.
