The manager Jeanna took the time to review the collection process with and how I can get back on track for the future. I don’t know of any other manager who would do this. Thank you Jeanna.

The location is very convenient with traveling north to Plano, south to downtown Dallas, west to Irving and east to Garland/Mesquite. The new manager (Jeanna), and her team are working hard and have streamlined the communication from the front office to the residents (100% improvement :) ) and the maintenance staff are very courteous, hardworking and great you with a wave and a smile.

He’s always professional polite, and he respects peoples houses by knocking on the door first while the other maintenance men just walk in your door rudely without knocking or anything. They need to promote Marlon and give him a raise and a management position, because he goes above and beyond. He also cleaned out an area that had mildew all up under the bathroom sink and he didn’t even have to.That’s the type of workers they need to keep hiring and fire those other bums.

Also, TXDOT requires parking spaces to be a minimum of 9 feet wide and the visitor parking spaces here are 6.83 feet wide. Way smaller than allowed. Every time I visit I can hardly get out of my vehicle if another one is next to me and also will get door dinged/damaged everytime another car is next to you which is almost always because they have very few designated visitor spots. Also, if you are disabled and have to park in visitor you most likely will have a long walk to the apartment because they only have visitor parking at the very back by the fence.
