  I had the pleasure of meeting Marco Burbano from PMI Big Tex T for a one-to-one a couple of weeks ago, and right away we hit it off. Even though our businesses are in different lanes, we found plenty of common ground. What impressed me most was Marco’s philosophy and work ethic. He takes his business — and more importantly, his customers — seriously. He clearly understands that the best growth comes not from flashy ads, but from good old-fashioned word of mouth and referrals. And the reason he gets those referrals is simple: he delivers. I put that to the test by referring him to a friend who owns a property in Frisco. Later, my friend told me how perfectly everything worked out — from pricing to timing to terms. Marco made the process smooth, professional, and profitable. My friend walked away happy, and I looked like a genius for introducing them (thanks for making me look good, Marco ). What I also appreciate is that Marco is always generous with his knowledge. Every conversation with him is like a mini-masterclass in short-term rentals. He’s the kind of person who goes the extra mile without even being asked — and sometimes he’s already halfway down the road before you’ve even put your shoes on. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. If you have short-term rentals (or are thinking about it), do yourself a favor and talk to Marco. He’ll help you get the most out of your property, and you’ll enjoy the journey along the way.
