    Let me tell y’all about my experience!!! Well I been searching high and low for an apartment that had availability and that will accommodate me due to my previous credit issue! Well Elizabeth & Gloria made everything possible for me!! The made me feel comfortable and eased my stress level! They kept me updated and pulled as many strings as they could to get me all moved in! I just want y’all to know they are great people! I highly recommend leasing with Queen Elizabeth and Gloria! Now I’ll return the favor and buy them their favorite wine, as a token of appreciation. Not all hero’s wear capes 💙 Thank you,

    After viewing several locations in the area I have no doubt about this residence. I had the chance to meet with the office staff and the maintenance crew. The hole experience was so welcoming. I had been looking in the are for two months after transferring from Tennessee. Elizabeth Muñoz made the experience so comfortable that we even shared our love for FOOD.THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT. METROPOLITAN AT CITYPLACE.

    If I could leave a negative zero review, I promise I would. This has been the most unpleasant experience that I have ever had with any apartment complex EVER. First, let me start by saying how they had me pay $75 for an application fee to be added on to my friends lease and then two weeks later after I moved in, put a termination of lease notice on our door. They basically said we had 45 days to move out and that we could not renew the lease for the same unit. Mind you, FAILED to mention this when I signed the lease and was added to it. So VERY disappointing. Keep in mind, I am 3 months pregnant and had to move all the way from California. Furthermore, with my pregnancy being high risk, I have to have my sister at my house to take care of me most nights and they have harassed us. Claiming my sister is an unauthorized occupant and had her car towed. Keep in mind, SINCE WHEN DOES AN APARTMENT COMPLEX MONITOR YOU WHEN YOU HAVE GUEST AT YOUR APARTMENT THAT YOUR PAYING RENT FOR!? Be for real. They have harassed us so bad to the point where they had her car towed and keep having random people come up to us asking if we live here. They tried to give us 3 violations. 1) not having electricity which I sent PROOF of having. 2) Unauthorized occupants because my sister was in my house while I was at work. 3) Verbal violation claiming I went to the leasing office and cursed them out and labeled me ( a black woman) as aggressive for expressing my very serious concerns. It’s mind blowing being that I have talked to other neighbors and they haven’t had any of the issues I’ve had. Not sure if it’s because I’m black living in a predominately white neighborhood but there are so many other minorities living in this complex and have stated since new management took over they have experienced so many issues. I’m never one to leave a review but I have all of the issues documented and if continued to be harassed upon my move out date already scheduled for next month, I will be filing a complaint against them. I can literally go on and on about the issues I’ve experienced here since moving in but just know since new management has taken place, they are rude, seem racist and unpleasant to work with. You will be watched like hawks and they will try to belittle you. Move into a place where they respect you because it’s definitely not here.

    I really had my heart set on moving here. But I did not like this whole process I have arrived to look at a showing, and the representative Amy barely even greeted me, just had a blank stare on her face. She goes on to say that she has an appointment at 12 the showing felt rushed and she had no customer service which really is a red flag to me. I was not showed the unit that I was interested in and normally apartments would show that. On top of that I am trying to apply and no one is answering the phone and that was the last straw for me. Make sure you hire people that want to do their job and that isn’t there just to be there. I can tell by the lack of not answering the phone and the lack of customer service in person that they don’t enjoy working or assisting people!
