  Went to Metropolitan on Saturday to view and get information on pricing Elizabeth was very informative and courteous on answering all my questions I had in regards to maybe being a potential resident. Looking to move in the next couple months and I might have just found my new home. Thanks Elizabeth

  I have been looking at Metropolitan for a few months now and was holding back on leasing here due to the staff. I found out staff had recently changed and I came to view their homes. Elizabeth and Gloria were friendly and informative about the community. I recently moved in and so far the experience has been the best!

  We moved here from out of state and have been living here for a little over a year now. We had great help from the previous management with the move and couldn’t have been happier with the location and the community. Over the last few months or so Metropolitan has undergone a management change and we understand that the transition is challenging for the new staff but we do not feel this has been met with any sort of grace or professionalism from them. We were closing in on a renewal lease needing to be signed in which they did acknowledge by sticking a letter in our door. My bf then went to the office ready to take care of the new lease then and there and was told to email them instead. We spent over the course of a month, maybe more, basically begging them both in email and in person for our new lease to sign. It wasn’t until 4 days before the deadline they emailed us our new lease that was stating our monthly rent would be over $3000. My bf then had to go back into the office asking them to correct this mistake, which they did do right after but us now being quite reluctant to hurriedly sign anything after such a big mistake on the first one, sent an email asking for some clarity on a couple things before we sign- no response. Then we get a call from Gloria bullying us into signing the lease in the next 30 minutes or she’s going to charge us an additional fee and not even acknowledging that we had a couple more questions before we were comfortable signing. The way she spoke to us was extremely unprofessional (even hanging up on my bf at one point) and after this experience with just trying to sign a renewal lease, I can’t even imagine the headache someone wanting to sign a new lease here would have to go through. We are hopeful that it will get better but a lot less so after this interaction.
