They said there would be a towing truck however not one has been seen since July 31st (the date they claimed to have started). People still park in reserved areas and the parking lot gets insanely crowded that even visitor areas are full of vehicles that belong to tenants. It would be great if they got a towing truck company that actually did visits to ensure no overflowing or unauthorized vehicles are taking up spaces. The other thing would be trash. There is always trash, I have trash in my area all the time and it never gets picked up nor do tenants upstairs from me get in trouble for it. Overall not the best.

The management just lets anyone move in! The people living here are quite despicable and messy. There is always trash everywhere because their crew only clean certain areas never the outside area of apartments. THERE IS ALWAYS DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE!!! The people in here are that gross that they wont pick up after themselves and since they’re not forced they just leave it there. Also the parking lot is such an issue! They stated they have a towing company but I have yet to see any tow trucks come through not even my cameras that face towards the parking lot have caught any coming through! There is never parking and visitors parking is full of extra cars owned by people in apartments. They should have more control on that and only allow each apartment to register 2 cars MAX!! and have an actual towing company that does the job! Please if you’re looking at reviews focus on the ones that talk about how it is to live here! You’ll never be able to go out comfortably because there wont be any parking by the time you’re back and its quite messy here always!

After emailing MULTIPLE TIMES about not renewing, desk attendants not knowing how to help me, trying to do everything right by leaving my apartment SPOTLESS and letting them know within the allotted time, they STILL charged me $1200. For what? I don't know. The management at the time was incompetent, unprofessional, and disorganized. Be careful with this property management and their handling of residents.
