  I received a bill for HOA dues in November. However, when I look at my account is says I have $0 balance. It seems I am not able to pay it early. A representative told me the balance won't populate until January. If I can't pay until January, why do they send the bill in November? The same thing happened last year... When I saw the $0 balance, I assumed I had paid it and just forgotten. By the time I figured out I had NOT paid, I had to pay a late fee. Why wouldn't a business want their money early if they could get it? If I have a bill in my hand, my account should show a balance.

  I've worked with the Associa Team on a number of projects, and they have been nothing short of spectacular! Professional, excellent communication, always warm and friendly. I couldn't recommend them enough. Excellent Company!

  Amazing company with Top Tier professionals and Property Managers. All the Associa managed community systems I've ever experienced or lived in have always worked at a high level of efficiency and outcomes. I own a home in an Associa Managed HOA currently and they've upkept the property to the high standards you'd expect for a community at that level in Central Plano. Highly recommend!

  Legum & Norman, an Associa company, has struggled to staff our condominium with general managers who can handle the workload, who are pleasant and diplomatic, and who have a customer service focus. The current GM demands respect and if you show any frustration because you've sent 3 emails over the course of 2 weeks and none have been acknowledged let alone responded to, he gets agitated and walks out of the office. He dismissed himself in a rage from the beginning of the board meeting recently when pressed for a Yes or No answer (his reply was 'I have nothing to add') - and yet, he is still employed by L&N and on-site at our condo. L&N has allowed our facilities and the infrastructure of our buildings to decline to a point of so many system failures that emergency repairs and flying by the seat of their pants is common around here. Their financial reports are always late. It seems vendors aren't paid timely - and late fees are incurred by the association (not L&N). They don't know project management basics - they conveniently omit projects from board reporting that haven't had progress. Record keeping also seems to be a problem - the new building engineer said the former engineer who was on staff for 2 years left no records for him. It has been a disappointment for YEARS with L&N.
