  All potential buyers and sellers, know that you can put your complete trust in GINA MCDANIEL. I bought a house from listing agent GINA MCDANIEL and the entire process was handled flawlessly and at the highest level of INTEGRITY. I’m going straight to addressing her high degree of integrity and skipping all the glowing blah blah that you typically read in 5 star reviews even though she deserves it, but INTEGRITY seems to have disappeared in many businesses transactions and certainly in the real estate industry. I was a licensed real estate broker in another state for 25 years so can spot smarmy tactics immediately. There was none of that with her. She was straight forward. This particular transaction was unique in that she was also the owner having bought this property that was in foreclosure to rehab and sell which she disclosed immediately as dictated by Real Estate law and making this DUEL AGENCY more unique. She did inform me there were other offers which given the location and price point of this home I assumed was the case anyway. She didn’t give me any information on other offers presented by agents on behalf of buyers that would give me an edge so I knew she was treating me as fairly as she was treating buyers with agents, agents she may have a past and/or future connection with that could tempt an unethical agent to breach duel agency regulations in exchange for a favorable advantage in future transactions they may have together. None of that with Gina. I was properly encouraged to write my best possible offer as she would have a set time for all parties to submit offers and have a decision on which one would be accepted by noon the following day of the deadline for submission. That is what integrity is. On a side note, if you come across a rehab foreclosure she owns that you’re interested in, don’t hesitate to buy it. I had a minor after closing issue that was repaired immediately. Once closing occurs this is not required……add that to the definition of integrity also. Thank you Gina for your fair treatment. I loved learning from you about Texas Real Estate as well as our many off topic conversations. You’re a class act!!!!

  Nancy Lawrence went above and beyond to sell our home! While it seemed like a difficult process, she made sure everything went smoothly. I can't imagine we would have had the same outcome if Nancy wasn't representing us. I highly recommend Lawrence Realty.
