- LALisa AcostaOct 10, 20221.0If there was a NO star that would be my rating for this location in Cotulla , Tx it’s horrible , the manager is awful she does absolutely nothing to fix anything most of the time the grass is a mile high , it’s roach infested , old refrigerators, rotted floors and nothing gets done ! I have been looking to reach a corporate number to complain and also contacting the health department because it’s absolutely disgusting 🤮 maybe if I get the news involved and health department this place will shut down or fix alll the million issues that the manager ignores ! Time for a new manager ! Someone who cares for its tenants well being and healthy living ! Beware do not move here ! Can’t wait till another complex comes into town this place is pure robbery. Photos to come soon ! I will take pictures everyday and journal it! Fix this property or condemn it!

- ACAngel CruzNov 30, 20181.010 months later and the leasing manager still let's her self in your apartment when she wants too!!! Theres dog poop everywhere, kids cant even go outside to go play, pools always close, no fitness room like it promises on the brochure!!! Favoritism plays a big roll in this apartment complex!! Grass is always waist high, fence always broken and big potholes in all the parking lots!!! For the price they charge, it aint worth it...rent always goes up!!!
