The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The property is well-kept, quiet, and feels very safe. My apartment is spacious, clean, and everything works perfectly. Hollie in the front office is the best. Always willing to help. I really appreciate how they go the extra mile to keep the community nice and comfortable. Definitely one of the best places to live in corsicana.

- CWCory WilkinsonJul 25, 20241.0My roof leaked 3 times while living here. I found another place to live because it was obvious the apt could not address the issue. I gave 30 days notice that I would not be resigning a new lease and moved out the day my lease needed under the contract I signed. I never even received an apology. Instead I got a bill for $882 for not giving 60 days notice. I tried to address this with the regional manager and the office staff have told me every time I’ve call that she would reach out when she could. It’s been over a month. I turned this complex into the BBB. DO NOT RENT HERE. Edit: As you see, the District Manager responded to give false information about the incident. Turns out the office staff lied about the work orders and only show one instead of all three. The manager also refused to speak to me until I submitted a poor review. Still not resolved.

I had let them know ahead of time so that they could have someone else move in but wouldn't refund me my deposit and I hadn't signed any lease. Shouldn't have let them know ahead of time if I knew they wouldn't work with me. Lady I spoke too was rude and disrespectful I wouldn't recommend anyone to come stay here. Bunch of thieves.
