  I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with PMI, but today was especially disappointing. I received an email about a vehicle that needed to be moved—with no photo, no location, and barely any notice. If it had been my car, it might’ve been towed without warning. I tried calling the office four times today and got nothing but voicemail. No response. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt ignored or disrespected. As homeowners, we pay our dues every month, yet we’re treated like nuisances instead of valued members of the community. The tone and lack of transparency from management make it feel like we’re the enemy, not the residents they’re supposed to serve. To make matters worse, I found what appears to be a fake positive review—likely written by Ashley from the office herself. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. If this is true, it’s deeply misleading and undermines trust. We deserve better communication, accountability, and respect. I hope PMI takes these concerns seriously and starts treating residents with the professionalism we deserve. Recibí un correo sobre un vehículo que supuestamente debía moverse, pero no incluía foto, ubicación ni detalles claros, y apenas dieron aviso. Si hubiera sido mi auto, probablemente ya lo habrían remolcado sin previo aviso. Intenté comunicarme con la oficina cuatro veces hoy y todas las llamadas fueron directo al buzón de voz. Nadie respondió. Lamentablemente, no es la primera vez que me siento ignorado o maltratado. Como propietarios, pagamos nuestras cuotas mensuales, pero nos tratan como si fuéramos una molestia, no como miembros valiosos de la comunidad. La falta de transparencia y el tono de sus comunicaciones hacen sentir que somos el enemigo, no los residentes a quienes deben servir. Para colmo, al revisar las reseñas públicas, encontré lo que parece ser una reseña falsa—probablemente escrita por la misma Ashley de la oficina. Adjunto una captura de pantalla como evidencia. Si esto es cierto, es una práctica engañosa que daña aún más la confianza. Merecemos una administración que se comunique con claridad, que rinda cuentas y que trate a los residentes con el respeto que merecen. Espero que PMI tome en serio estas preocupaciones.
