Living here has been the most stressful and horrible experience of my life. It has single handedly ruined my mental health and quality of life. The first unit they had me in I was paired with dirty people who were pot heads..which management suggested I was lying about. Now they put me in a german roach infested unit where I am unable to use the kitchen whatsoever and am constantly paranoid. They have “treated” the unit twice yet it is not letting up. They have no urgency to relocate me AGAIN as if this isn’t a significant issue. If you value your sanity DO NOT LIVE HERE. I moved here with high hopes based off the reviews and let me just say I have NO idea how they have the rating they do. Management is unprofessional, unhelpful, and very rude. The apartments are extremely overpriced for the condition they are in. Every single one I have seen is rundown and DIRTY. The tenants here are just trashy in general. Trash everywhere, puke on sidewalk, loud neighbors partying until 4am, there are even car break ins. I advise you to find somewhere clean and safe because this place is not.

I’ve had a great experience with being here at campus quarters! The staffs welcoming demeanor is what really sold me and the attentiveness of maintenance, the amenities, and the cleanliness of the apartment and complex is what convinced me to already renew my lease for next fall. I definitely recommend considering campus quarters if you’re a student!

The apartments themselves are okay, good space and storage, main issue is the many maintenance and upkeep issues. It seems they don’t have breaks between tenants, so they never do a deep clean or routine maintenance unless requested by tenants (they still won’t do a deep clean). Maintenance comes quickly but are unhelpful at actually fixing the problems. There have been mold and clothes dryer issues in many apartments I know of. The stovetops are all crooked and heat unevenly. The drawers in the dresser are all crooked, off the tracks, or just broken. The staff is underpaid, overworked, and not given enough information about the building they’re selling to people. They also up-charge and add fees to EVERYTHING, have a small scratch on the door that you didn’t write in the move-in report? $200 to fix it. Got locked out? $35, lost your car tag or need a new one? $200. Curtains slightly crooked? $150 etc. etc. They also lie about the community being gated, since the gates have not worked in almost a year despite their promises at move in that they would be working next month. So their security is an issue, there have been car thefts/break ins and cars almost running over people because they rush through the open gates at 40+mph. The grounds are also covered in trash and there are inadequate dumpsters for the amount of tenants. I don’t suggest this place if you think it’s good quality for price, the price is way too much for their failure to uphold basic living standards or initial promises.
