- MPMargaret PateJan 6, 20263.0I have a family member currently living there.A year ago it was nicer higher standard living but not any more. Management has no clue or care as to what goes on or what needs attention. When corporate was contacted they kicked it back to management. If you move in be VERY aware that at lease renewal time things can so crazy fast! My family member signed a lease renewal with agreement that there would be a prorate as an instinctive of sorts for staying another year. The reality is this. The rent went up $600 dollars! Yes SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS!! “ Management “ claims a renewal lease was not signed so it is month to month.New lease agreement was sent to my family member several more times and still not acknowledged.Proof was taken in person to the office but of course the “manager” isn’t in but no worries it will be taken care of. IT WAS AND IS NOT! They were given signed copy of renewed lease agreement yet my family member was just charged $2500 for a one bedroom place! There is NO money left to this person to make it until next check. The place owes my family to date $1600 dollar!! Person is stick with NO MONEY left to move out! This person had a neighbor who did move because of the same scam! DI NOT LET LOOKS DECIEVE at this place!

- CTCody ToppingNov 24, 20254.0The recent negative reviews really over exaggerate the noise. I've lived in a fully occupied block since January and have not been able to hear one of my neighbors. The management has changed frequently, but I've never had any issues with them. They've always been very helpful when issues come up. The people of the community are very friendly, besides a couple bad eggs I've ran into in the past, but you can never get away from that. My only complaints and the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of pest control issue and a lack luster gym. I faced an onslaught of millipedes, spiders, and hornets during the summer. The gym is nothing special, think typical hotel gym. Nothing worth canceling a gym membership over. However there are plenty of good options in the area that are worth checking out. Overall, I would recommend this place based on my experience here.
- RJReshelle JNov 21, 20251.0If your unit shares a wall with another unit, forget about being able to sleep. My bedroom is pretty much useless. I am unable to sleep in it because of how poorly built this complex is. I know the exact time the tenant above me wakes up because I can hear every foot step he makes. Every time he walks boom, boom, boom along with ceiling and wall shaking. And he’s not even a big guy, the tiniest movement creates a lot of noise in my unit. And I’m not the only one, this seems to be a problem with several tenants that live here. And management refuses to get involved unless I wake up at 3 am in the morning and video record it happening. Just absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the assistant manager/manager changes every 2 months so you never have the same person available to address the problem. There is something wrong with how this place was built.
