  The process of buying a house is supposed to be one of the toughest tasks you will have to go through. Yea, well, not when you work with Toby. Great communication, never missed a beat or had to hound for information. Kept us well informed and was completely transparent. Highly, highly recommend Toby and his team.

  My fiancé, Jerry, and I had just started talking about buying a home — with absolutely no rush. We figured we were at least six months out from making a move, especially since we were leaving for Italy within the week! I met with a realtor who quickly introduced us to her favorite lender, Toby.   As first time new home buyers Toby Thurman at Encompass Lending did an amazing job as our loan originator! Toby’s communication with me and my wife, our realtors, and the sellers lending and title company was absolutely invaluable and a large reason in us being able to have such a positive home buying experience. Toby walked us through every step of the process patiently and respectfully. He was a staunch advocate for us in getting a 2-1 buydown along with helping and vouching for us despite having an employment change so close to our closing date. Toby has a team of people who worked behind the scenes for all the documentation and it made things so much easier and efficient. Toby was honest, hard working, and always available as a resource from beginning to end, and even after closing. We found him through the Home Town Heroes program and would recommend him at the drop of a hat to anyone interested in looking for a home or lending company in the area.
