  The service by Steven Marshall was quick and satisfactory. After placing order, he was able to fix the A/C in no time. He even showed us how to work it properly so we don't mess it next time.

  I’m very disappointed with the staff . It seems they can’t keep people long term in this community . I have called 5 times already, regarding my situation. i just spoke with Alma. ( I’m assuming she’s new ) Anyways, I moved from these apartments since October, and yet to be called or at least an email regarding if I have any pending fees. It’s not my problem they have changed company’s . It’s not my obligation to be hunting down if I owe anything . I was just told to email corporate !!! REALLY why me . I don’t work there . I just hope they don’t comeback and tell me I hace a pending balance . At this POINT . I will not pay . PERIOD .

  I had a positive experience at this property prior to the recent management change, but since the transition, billing and communication have significantly declined. After new management took over, utilities were not billed consistently and then multiple months of charges were suddenly applied all at once at the beginning of the year with little to no advance notice. This caused my rent to increase by several hundred dollars overnight. I have consistently paid rent on time, including higher monthly amounts that historically included utilities. Being charged retroactively for prior months without clear documentation was both confusing and stressful, especially right after the holidays. When I went into the office to ask for clarification, the manager remained on the phone for the majority of the interaction, and the staff member explaining the charges was dismissive and did not provide helpful explanations or ANY solutions. I was told that if I did not pay anything that day that late fees would be added on top of the extra $600 I was charged. The lack of transparency, accountability, and tenant support during a major billing transition has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience and similar concerns shared by other residents, I will not be renewing my lease and would caution anyone considering moving here under the current management.

  My husband and I moved to Emerson in July and loved previous administration. About 2 months they got new administration and won’t answer phones, increased utilities without written notice, just in utilities it increased about 200 dollars, managers tell you one price and it goes up another 40 dollars. I would not recommend moving here with this new unorganized management. I have personally been in office 3 times and are asking me to come into office again over the administration faults. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

  Honestly i wanted to move out but the last manager kept pushing for me to renew and do a transfer so i did… worst mistake ever. The new management are liars and don’t keep their word. They said my deposit would be applied to my account from my last unit and then said they mailed it but i have yet to receive it. Now im trying to login to pay rent and it’s saying im not a resident here? make it make sense. Also when i mentioned not wanting to receive it in the mail i also had no access to the mail box as they didn’t even give me the key when i moved in. These apartments are ok but the office sucks and i hate going in there.
