  If speed matters to you, Scott Dill at Texas Home Loans is the lender you want. He can move as fast as you’re able to keep up. From the moment our contract was finalized on Saturday, 12/20, everything moved at an incredible pace. Appraisal, title, and insurance were all ordered the same day. The Closing Disclosure was issued by Tuesday, 12/23. We were clear to close on Wednesday, 12/24, and officially closed on Monday, 12/29. That timeline is not normal, and it speaks directly to how dialed-in Scott is. Scott is extremely responsive, efficient, and decisive. The only caveat is that you need to be just as on top of your paperwork as he is. If you can respond quickly and stay organized, he will push your loan through at full speed. Bottom line, Scott can go as fast as you can keep up, and if you want a fast, no-nonsense closing, he delivers.

  Scott at Texas Home Loans got me all done within 6 days! On Dec 13th my contract was finalized, by Dec 18th I had the closing disclosure issued, and by Dec 19th I was clear to close! Incredible, fast, and accurate work.

  Working with Scott Dill far exceeded my expectations, which were already high given the good reviews. I inquired with several other lenders before talking with Scott. After our first conversation, the choice was obvious. Scott's knowledge of this industry as well as his transparency in pricing and personal attention to detail was exactly what I hoped for in a lender. The rates/terms he quoted were by far the best, and his quick communication with myself, realtors, and title company were top notch. I truly believe we would have experienced serious issues closing on our property had it not been for Scott's attention to detail and quick turn around of documentation. We appreciate Scott, will definitely work with him in the future, and will highly recommend him to others.
