  I had the pleasure to work with Joe Paoly for my first home purchase. Joe was always able and willing to jump on a call to answer any and all questions, regardless of how silly or complex they may have seem; he was always able to simply things where needed. Joe continuously was able to throw out creative solutions to the problems to my specific situation.

  We have worked with Joe through 2 transactions. The second transaction took a while, we went under contract with a few houses, and several different scenarios. Joe was flexible and ready to answer all of our questions. He is very on top of communication, you can depend on a response in a very reasonable time frame if not instantly. Each time we submitted an offer we were able to offer competitive time frames that gave us a lot of favor. He pursued us to ensure we understood all of the term of the loan agreement. Before we had representation, Joe went out of his way to help us in the transaction. I would recommend Joe to everyone!
