- JLJames LynchDec 6, 20253.0The maintenance individuals are great i have a outdated HVAC system every other month it seems like i have a problem the system needs replaced and they just do enough to keep it going till another problem arises, also we pay for pest control and i haven’t seen any here come and spray for bugs so i took it upon myself to keep the roaches out of my apartment
- AGandres garciaDec 3, 20254.0Floor plans are great. The details are great, appliances are maintained, floors and paint are definitely done right. I did not lease however due to my needs. I need a garage for my vehicle and stuff, plus a washer and dryer. However they do have the connections if you own them. The leasing agent was thorough and patient with your needs trying to find solutions for budget and size. If i ever downsize i will look into this place for sure.

The carpet is full of pet hair. And looks like it wasn't shampooed before I moved in. When I walk around in my socks, the bottom of my socks are covered with pet hair! The oven door is full of pet hair. The painters did a very lousy job. I can't open the windows. Because the screens have holes in them. And will let bugs in. The patio sliding door hardly opens. They put plastic tacky doors up to the laundry room. Instead of the wooden doors. There's no towel rack in the bathroom as shown in the model! Part of the baseboard trim is missing on almost every wall. This is not ok! And I won't be renewing my lease!

My new apartment as promised is one of the newly renovated units. This is the first place that really care about its tenants, which is all to rare these days.
