    After living here for almost a year I’m happy that this is my new home I’ve had minimal no issues and if I have a maintenance request it’s usually filled same or next day. The whole staff is great and Cesar did the most recent maintenance and was in an out quickly and professionally🔥.

    Cesar is the best maintenance man this property has. My grand daughter need emergency assistance and he make very quick to fix her problems and fixed what he could in the time being! Thank you Cesar for being so polite to my granddaughter

    I had lived in the Copper Hill Apartments since 2023 and have nothing but good things to say. The new management has been very active in making sure the community is a great place to live and immediately started fixing things that were overlooked before. Maintenance is great. Never had a problem getting things done. Cesar Montoya has been the biggest help here at Copper Hill. I had an issue with my car and not only was he willing to loan me tools to get my car back up and running to make sure I didn’t miss work, he really showed me he not only cares about his job and the quality but also cares about the residents. He’s a very upstanding guy and thanks to Cesar my stay here has been pleasant and I wouldn’t want to move anywhere else. Cesar M. You are the man my guy!

    Recently moved in to Copper Hill from a disaster of a "luxury" apartment complex that was horribly mismanaged and maintained. What an amazingly positive experience Copper Hill has been for us! Ron, the maintenance supervisor, came and helped fix the closet after I put way too much on the shelves moving in. After unboxing , I found molly bolts had popped out of the wall. Ron was so sweet and was so pleasant to speak with, never making me feel bad for not paying attention to that during a stressful time. All the staff, including assistant manager Kylan have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. It is so appreciated and an amazing difference in how properties are managed and maintained. Highly recommend Copper Hill.
