- LVLeading Lady VoluptuousAug 2, 20251.0I've stayed in the apartments for almost two years and never had a problems until February 2025, the first complaint about my patio curtains wasn't patio curtains which they were i just had them colored theme for my patio. They even charged me without any notice and or warning they even sent out letter saying they was gonna remove our BBQ pits if we didn't removed them from our patios which they can't touch your belongings, especially if you wasn't in violation to the lease. They don't like fixing things and blame it on roach infected instead of just fixing especially if you have put in several works orders, my kitchen & dining plug kept going out and I know i put in work orders before this year and the beginning of this year lost food due to the plugs going out and they wouldn't reimburse me for they plus going out. Told me I had to get with my renters insurance knowing they don't cover that. Ana claims she talked to corporate offices or higher up and said she was gonna check other units around me since the maintenance lies so they won't have to fix anything. The whole staff be lying and trying to cover up they wrong doing thats why im not renewing my lease and they community gates always open people be sleeping outside under the BBQ pits areas kids be messing with your package, I've drive around the complex and other people have all kinds of things on the patio so I felt they was harassing me and lying saying I be late on my rent when half the time the WHIPP account not working. It have gotten so bad to where they now have security monday-friday trash be all over the one compartment garage can tried reaching out to the property owners can get through to anyone, they all in it together especially the two ladies Ana and tryana stay on a power trip she Ana is so unprofessional and don't know how to talk or conduct business what so ever. I even told them I wasn't renewing Ana made it her business to leave a note on my door saying I can't renew my lease sad case lol thought it was funny i even went to the office and ask why when i told your assistant since you claim you was out the office and she told me i didn't or dont need to come to the office ever, and they give you violations when you fix something or when you complain and get on them about doing they jobs. I don't mess people up mind my business don't have the cops etc I've paid my rent on time NEVER BEEN LATE, but if yall look staff members and apartments complex like this go ahead, but i love peace where I lay my head at and this ain't the place for me. Trend with cautious and have everything they give you as far as documents & they all black which they should be a shame of themselves, just want my deposit and im out in November
