  We rented from PMI Heart of Texas from 2024-2025. When we received the house, it was not cleaned, and there was issues with the water heater and filtration. (This was also an issue because it was mid freeze). He instructed us to clean the HVAC each month (which we did) but when it was on the ceiling, and when we asked for support, he told us we needed to buy a ladder, or pay $35 for him to come to do it. When we moved out, he took out over $1000 in "Damages" for renovations to the house on our dime. We kindly asked for itemized receipts to show, why he charged for double cleaning, when we DEEP cleaned the house (cleaner than when we received it) and minor holes from hanging photos and 4 flimsy mini blinds. He REFUSED to provide them, and will not refund. He was not timely in his Reponses, and we were still getting late rent notifications, even AFTER our lease had ended. So just please be aware, this is how this management will be handling you as a tenant. To follow up, he FINALLY return the random $100 reinspection fee, and to be PETTY , only put one tenants name on the check knowing it would be a hassle. The man is petty, and rude. Please be aware of this before you rent

  Very communicative regarding all property management needs and services. The online portal for owner and management team communication and info sharing is really easy to use. And anytime I needed anything, I appreciated being able to text or call my property manager. Always a quick response and resolution to whatever was going on. I truly appreciated having my home on such good hands as I was living several states away. I never worried that anything was going to slip through the cracks, which was especially helpful for my peace of mind. Highly recommend!!
