  Endpoint is hands down the worst title company I've encountered in 24 years. They don't respond to emails, ignore phone calls, and will even stop payment on commission checks when they make mistakes. Avoid them if you expect to get paid for your hard work.

  I stumbled upon a home for sale in San Antonio and it was listed by OfferPad. I had a client that needed to list her home and I wanted to inquire with OfferPad and see what they would offer my client. They offered a fair amount and we proceeded with the transaction. Even though my client paid for the title policy we agreed to use EndPoint because thats who OfferPad recommended to use even though it was really our choice per federal law. Once they ran title and saw some things that needed to be addressed the nightmare began. Endpoint dropped the ball left and right people who were dealing with my transaction like April Lyon, and Naomi, as well as Andrea continuously dropped the ball by passing the buck to each other all the while no one really ever communicating. Things were asked of us many times even though we had given everything they asked for. After having the same document notarized three times and even having an attorney write up a document requested by EndPoint the week before closing we were so close to not closing. At the end we did close and I know many people at EndPoint will say that well we closed so you should be happy. No the lack of communication on their end along with rude impatient people made for a horrible experience that I will never do again nor will I recommend to anyone of my fellow relators in my area. I will also go as far to tell anyone I can to never use this title company. If I ever do business with OfferPad again I will be opting out of using EndPoint and I will have my client pick their own title company since that is their right under federal law. April Lyon specially was rude, and inappropriate that I had to ask that she be taken off of the transaction. Lesson learned to EndPoint if you take the time to train your staff to come along side people in the transaction and help guide them better this may have never happed, I certainly hope this doesnt happen to anyone again.
