  I have attached my review from before a new property management crew took over. The new team is extremely unprofessional. I left a message for the office about $200+ worth of water charges on my account. They never got back to me. So I called and the lady said she doesn’t know why that happened but she would email me. Never heard back. When we asked about early termination due to a medical issue they quoted us $6,000. God I loved this place before but the new team is bad. My recommendation : stay away

  From my move in date up until my move out date Cesar has always been super friendly along with the other staff members. I loved this place! Definitely felt like home, sadly had to move but I will miss it! It was quiet and neighbors were friendly. I loved the trails near by too and scenery overlooking the Greenbelt!

  Channing's Mark made my first time living by myself one of my most favorite years of my life. From the jump with touring and signing my lease, they were kind, informative, and transparent. I could sense the pride in the community from day one. The buildings and my unit were beautiful - a little dated, but fully functioning, well-maintained, and quaint. The surrounding area is stunning; green, wooded, and thriving. At the end of my term, Libby was my champion! She checked in with me to go over move-out details and was extremely supportive along the way. A new chapter called for me to relocate, but this is a place I would renew over and over again if I could.

  This is one of the coolest places I ever lived. It's only a 100 unit property and so the community is very friendly. The view overlooking the greenbelt is absolutely amazing.! The patio that wraps halfway around the living room on the #B2 is a great place for guys to host a football party, or a watch party bachelor, ect because it's huge

  The property manager could care less about the tenants. Even after staying here for over 2 years...so rent. Is do by the third ok no problem, I waited till first thing in the morning on the 4th to go to the office because my air conditioning went out. Step in the office right when she get there hand her my money order. All the rent checks are still sitting on the desk. She's like "you are going to owe 50 dollar late fee blah blah blah". I guess I shouldn't be surpised. People just don't care anymore. Just want there money. I wouldn't ever suggest moving here.
