    Lived here 2 years to which the unit itself wasn't bad but turns out we got charged 1 bedroom prices for studio "as a special I suppose". Was going to renew at the price the ads here post at $1,249 but the old staff got funny after that then suddenly quit their jobs 1-2 weeks later only to have another management come in. Since no deals were offered I placed my notice (several times in fact) in which the new management ignored them and on my departure they acted as if they didn't know anything and they got red in the face once fob/keys were turned in on move out day. They immediately told me I'll be owing them money for 1/2 the month and will send a total bill once deductible (1/2 rent, deposit fees) are done, I took accountability for any short notice they believed by denying the emails. I receive the bill and paid one week later with all fees were paid but they (still) sent it to collections anyways to double dip. I took my issue up with my bank and the debt collectors which both believed (through snapshots) since the cashier's check was deposited w/ Fortis Prop. stamped on back clear as day.

    I hate living here. When I first took the apartment the manager was very nice. They hired a company to do their management now after she left and they are insufferable. When you come to them with issues they pretend they don't understand what you're saying so that they don't have to do anything to remedy. the issue. The parking garage is covered in oil from people who don't take care of their vehicle and the management does nothing about it. The air conditioning in the apartments is a window unit that vents into the wall, so it barely works. The hallways smell like feet. I've posted some pictures of blood that's been on the basement floor for for over a week.

    Perfect affordable spot if you want to live close to downtown. 3 minute bike or scooter to Broadway, 7 minutes to Midtown. You won’t find a cheaper alternative worth the price. Brand new pool as well.
