  I hate living here. When I first took the apartment the manager was very nice. They hired a company to do their management now after she left and they are insufferable. When you come to them with issues they pretend they don't understand what you're saying so that they don't have to do anything to remedy. the issue. The parking garage is covered in oil from people who don't take care of their vehicle and the management does nothing about it. The air conditioning in the apartments is a window unit that vents into the wall, so it barely works. The hallways smell like feet. I've posted some pictures of blood that's been on the basement floor for for over a week.

  I moved to the apartment a couple of months ago. It was stressful time. But the office managers made it easy and smooth for me. The apartment complex is in downtown. The building is locked, so, it is safe.

  Living at the 5005th has been the worst experience of my life there’s roaches mold the managers are horrible they blame each other for everything you bring to one of their attentions I waited my entire lease term for a parking spot then while I was in the office waiting to speak about a different issue they were offering a parking spot as a special for renting a space in the apartment complex. There’s roaches spiders and if your air conditioning unit is older wasps fly in and they do nothing about it. The mold in the walls makes you and your animals sick then they try to claim there is non even after doing my own testing. Homeless people sleep in the lobby the elevators break three times a month. You can tell the managers and staff are overly stressed. Some handle it better than others. Sarah and Chris are pretty good. Once you get to know them. The other mixed girl is horrible and rude. And we’ll talk to you like you’re a child. If you hate your job. Go Work. Somewhere else they allow aggressive dogs to live in the apartment complex and do nothing when they are off leash. Then they try to charge you for little things that the tenants before you had done because the last management team didn’t file correctly. please before you sign a lease with these horrible management company. Look at my pictures and videos that I have taken over the term of 13 months living there. Pool sign was up for 9 months stating it was getting fixed they even lied about a finished date when signing lease. The list of parking was non existent even though stated there was a waiting list. Managers are never in there office they take four hour lunch breaks then seem annoyed when you walk into their office the whole place should just be tore down and rebuilt or turned into section 8 housing as it already is exactly like it.
