  We've had 5 "community managers" in 14 months. We've had 2 major data breaches at the fault of Associa and then another one just a month ago. We've have homeowners accounts rack up hundreds in fees due to errors. We've had communication completely just "cancelled" and not mailed out. We've had dishonesty, unprofessional communication, and complete mismanagement of not only our community, but others within our community. We've had the community manager issue fines that don't even exist in our documents. We've had community managers say they do things and don't. We've had incorrect financials they refuse to even address. Instead of just doing the job they are paid to do - this company will fight you, apologize, and still not get stuff done for your community until you threaten them. They do not respond, their property managers cannot even write an email without grammatical errors, and they cannot go one month without financial errors on our account and homeowner's accounts. It is appalling to call them a professional service. But the worst, is when they threatened to steal from our homeowners and remove funds they weren't legally entitled to. I would not recommend this company to manage my laundry, let alone my HOA and financials.

  No good have cheated me for 14 years if I had the extra money taken I could take a good vacation in another country.

  I chair the Architectural Review Committee at Stratford Hall and all of my dealings with Morgan Buford have been 5 star level service. She is always quick to respond and her follow-up has been outstanding.

  Morgan is timely, willing to do what it takes to assure our association is well managed. As a board member my life has been made easier because of her. Great job!
