She was very informative about the property. Upon my move in day she gave me all the information I needed as a tenant and even gifted a welcome bag. Also she made sure that my apartment was up to my standards upon moving in and if not to contact her. Thank you Carmen for being there every step of the way! Highly recommend
- TTTobiNov 6, 20254.0Staff is great: maintenance always promptly addressed my issues, which were very few. The apartments are in good shape, the pool is nice, the gym could be better. Amber and Carmen are kind and helpful. The saving grace of this place, and brightened my day everytime I interacted with them. They put effort into building connections with residents and hosting different events. As a resident, be aware that you will be charged for wear & tear as stated in the lease. That can add $250+ to your move out statement.

Tessa our leasing office manager was very helpful. She really work with us and she did everything she could do to get me and my roommate our apartment.
