- SASarah ARJul 10, 20252.0Be sure to give every little thing no matter how small within that first warranty year. We didn’t know we had an issue until the city ran a sewer smoke test on our units. Our downstairs bathroom filled with smoke from the test. The city said that the builder would reach out to me to have the issue fixed. No one did. I did a ticket to contact someone to get status, and even though this was not a known issue during that first year they are not fixing their issue/their mistake with the build. If I want it fixed I have to pay for it myself. The city came out here due to an issue with their construction, and they are not amending it themselves. Highly disappointed beyond belief. While the units look nice, it’s like sticking a bandaid on a bigger issue.
