  I Moved to TN from California and based on a friends recommendation I had my first introduction via a phone call to Sam Hearl at Gateway Mortgage Group. Sam was consistently honest, detailed, and available. This was the smoothest home mortgage loan process I’ve been through. Sam was even able to lock me into a lower rate when they dropped midway into the process. Sam totally exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him! KD

  Thank you Gateway mortgage !!! I was with a different mortgage company for 2 months that was so awful to work with, very rude and disrespectful . didnt ask for document's until the closing date and because i am a first time buyer i didnt know what was expected from me so i had nothing prepared and this lender treated me like i was an idiot and a nuisance to him and his company i continued to allow him to belittle me as i sent everything he finally requested only to be told i wasted his money and time i finally took so much that i gave up. Yvonnca landes reached out to me and linked me up with your company and from the very first phone call i got more information then the whole experience from the first lender , all my questions and concerns were answered and i got informed of every document i would need , in less the a month later from working with you my family and i have a closing date to begin our journey in "our" new home . i recommend any one that wants nothing less then the best service to use gateway !!! My family and i are very grateful.

  I have referred many of my clients to Gateway and I have been blown away by their servicing. This team is unmatched. Quick, efficient, and honest. I have never seen a lender close a deal as quick as they do. Many of my clients have closed in 2 weeks. The customer service is exceptional. They are great with explaining things to my clients to make sure they feel comfortable with their biggest investment. My clients leave happy and satisfied. Chris and all of his team keep me informed at all times about my clients. I would highly recommend Gateway!!

  My wife and I have worked with Sam Hearl and Gateway Mortgage on three home closings now. Gateway, and especially Sam, exude the highest level of professionalism, care and attention. I have emailed late at night with a question expecting to hear back in a few days, and within minutes I have a response. Incredible is the only word that comes to mind. Highly recommend to anyone, and I do always reccomend Gateway Mortgage to my friends and family
