In fact, the superior customer-service didn't end at closing, as they provide excellence to their clients. Look up Sam Hearl at Gateway Mortgage if you're looking for great service, answered questions, and a simplified home-buying process.

  I have bought and sold many homes and financed my last two homes with Gateway Mortgage Group. I find them to be very professional and quick to respond with any questions I had during the process. I would not use any other lender.

  I was referred to them by my cousin who had recently purchased their home. We went in august 2017 to learn about the home buying process since I'm 20 and my fiance is 25 this was all new to us. We were told what steps to take and what to improve on. we came back in April of 2018 and were approved while sitting in the office with Chris Webb. we found our home and closed in June on the 26th. The whole process was fairly easy compared to some of our friends experiences with other mortgage companies and the stories they told us. I would recommend them to friends and family but if i had to recommend a few changes here they are..I loved the "congrats" emails we got after purchasing our home , but would much rather of spoke to a actual person who took time to tell us congrats and maybe even ask about our experience. Also i HATE that you are charged $10.00 for a payment fee online because usually people want to take your money without charging an extra fee and it adds up after making so many payments. Over all i would use them again if these things were to change. Thank you gateway for my loan though!
