Todd our PM is always very responsive to questions. When we moved into the townhouse we even had new appliances and new flooring put in place which we have enjoyed.

Move in was easy and hassle-free, and the RentVine site is easy to use to pay our rent online each month. Todd sends out reminders about prepping the house for winter and tips for saving electricity. We receive air filters for the HVAC automatically when they need to be replaced. I have no complaints and have enjoyed working with Jean on repairs (always quickly and efficiently taken care of) to live in such a beautiful place! Thanks for a great experience!
- ERElena RubinoAug 13, 20254.0So far PMI has been really great to work with! My only complaint is that there isn't an option to pay rent that doesn't include some sort of service charge. Usually ACH doesn't involve a service charge (with them it does) and I offered to pay via mailed check and they wouldn't accept that.
