I don't feel like that is legal. Also I'd like to add those holly bushes block your ability to see the drive ways people coming flying through and have about hit me on more than one occasion as I'm driving through to pick someone up for their appiontment it's out of control. And I always smell a skunky smell in the neighborhood.
