- CScody sFeb 24, 20222.0Lived here for 2 years, for the old price it was nothing special and they're raising rent in the triple digits this year, insane. There was only two positives about living here, being half a mile from downtown Franklin, and the former assistant manager Jason was ALWAYS responsive and helpful. I've never lived somewhere where I actually knew one of the managers by name. However, he took a better opportunity when the apartments changed ownership. Other negatives, it's not uncommon to see dog feces on the sidewalks and nothing would be done about it, not every apartment is the same but ours had stickers for flooring and they were awful, in the two years I was there the air filters weren't changed once. If the price had remained reasonable I could probably still recommend this place but currently I would not.
