  We lived at Paxton Cool Springs for a few months while in town for my husband’s job. There are mice in the hallways of building 3001, when I brought this up to maintenance after making a service ticket that was closed with no resolution. I was told that pest control came out but nothing further is being done because people have dogs etc & they don’t want them to get snapped with the traps. Every bit of grass anywhere near the building is completely dead due to how many dogs there are here. You walk outside & immediately smell pet urine & feces. They have automatic air fresheners in every hallway, elevator, leasing office, gym, etc. The smell is horrendous & very unnecessary. The valet trash pickup is a joke, they will pick & choose what they pickup & often times leave things with no explanation. The leasing office is extremely rude & went out of their way to be unwelcoming to us or straight up ignore us on many occasions. Stop your corporate housing contracts if you don’t want families living here. The way we were treated was extremely uncalled for & unfair! Do not recommend moving here unless you enjoy having rodents, unreliable trash pickup, nasty air fresheners spraying everywhere & rude leasing staff!

  I was sprayed in the face in the elevator with air freshener. They have automatic air freshener sprayers in every single elevator and it is a small confined space, being an elevator. Within the next 24 hours, my eyes became completely swollen and I had a severe case of dermatitis on my face and around my eyes. I saw a dermatologist who confirmed the reaction. Why on earth would you put one of these air freshener sprayers in a tiny elevator? Even when I avoid the elevators, because they have these air freshener sprayers in the hallways at entrance points, my eyes continue to itch after I walk past one of them. Woman I spoke with in the leasing office said they have complaints about bad smells in the hallways. These air freshener sprayers are everywhere. Even if I take the stairs, they have ones near every entrance also. I suggest they just clean the hallways and elevators regularly. I pay to live here, am having a medical allergic reaction to their air freshener and they could care less. I also don't think I should have to haul groceries and heavy packages up the stairs. They even have multiple air freshener sprayers right in the leasing office. If you care about your health, avoid this place. Even if you aren't sensitive to fragrances or essential oils, those air fresheners are known to contain chemicals that do everything from disrupting hormones to causing lung cancer.

  I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex and the staff! Everyone has always been so helpful and willing to assist in any way possible. They truly go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of. Emily always makes us feel like a top priority whenever we bring any concerns to her — she’s amazing! Stan and his crew are also the best maintenance team around. They’re quick, professional, and get things fixed right the first time. It’s refreshing to live somewhere that genuinely cares about their residents. Highly recommend!

  Living at Paxton Cool Springs has truly been the best apartment experience I’ve had in my entire life. I’ve lived in many different communities over the years, and Paxton surpasses them all by far. The office team—especially Emily and Hannah—has been exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure every concern is heard and addressed. You can genuinely tell they love what they do and care deeply about both the residents and the community. Their upbeat, positive attitudes make every interaction a pleasure, and they’re always willing to help with anything that comes up. And the maintenance team… Stan and his crew are absolute rockstars. Their response time is unbelievably fast—there have been times when I submitted a request and they were at my door within minutes. I feel completely comfortable having them enter my home even when I’m not there, and I appreciate how kind they always are to my dog. I had a larger maintenance issue this past year that took a few weeks to fully resolve due to the extent of the work, and Stan kept me updated every step of the way. He sent photos, checked in frequently, made sure I could be home for anything important, and ensured the entire project was completed correctly with as little inconvenience to me as possible. More recently, after an unexpected emergency back surgery, the entire team stepped in to help—carrying heavy packages to my apartment and regularly checking in to see how they could support me. Their kindness meant more than they know. To say the least, Emily, Hannah, Stan, and their teams consistently go above and beyond. They genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in everything they do. I’ve absolutely loved living here and I am incredibly grateful for this community and the people who run it.

  Hannah, the assistant manager at Paxton Cool Springs, was the absolute highlight of our entire moving process! From start to finish, her exceptional customer service blew us away. She made everything so simple, stress-free, and incredibly smooth. Every step was clearly communicated, and her responsiveness was beyond impressive — we always felt informed, supported, and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels at their job but also genuinely cares about the people they're helping. Hannah’s professionalism, friendly attitude, and standout communication turned what could have been a hectic move into an easy, enjoyable experience. If you’re moving to Paxton Cool Springs, do yourself a favor and work with Hannah. She’s truly the best!
