Living at Paxton Cool Springs has truly been the best apartment experience I’ve had in my entire life. I’ve lived in many different communities over the years, and Paxton surpasses them all by far.
The office team—especially Emily and Hannah—has been exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure every concern is heard and addressed. You can genuinely tell they love what they do and care deeply about both the residents and the community. Their upbeat, positive attitudes make every interaction a pleasure, and they’re always willing to help with anything that comes up.
And the maintenance team… Stan and his crew are absolute rockstars. Their response time is unbelievably fast—there have been times when I submitted a request and they were at my door within minutes. I feel completely comfortable having them enter my home even when I’m not there, and I appreciate how kind they always are to my dog.
I had a larger maintenance issue this past year that took a few weeks to fully resolve due to the extent of the work, and Stan kept me updated every step of the way. He sent photos, checked in frequently, made sure I could be home for anything important, and ensured the entire project was completed correctly with as little inconvenience to me as possible.
More recently, after an unexpected emergency back surgery, the entire team stepped in to help—carrying heavy packages to my apartment and regularly checking in to see how they could support me. Their kindness meant more than they know.
To say the least, Emily, Hannah, Stan, and their teams consistently go above and beyond. They genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in everything they do. I’ve absolutely loved living here and I am incredibly grateful for this community and the people who run it.
Hannah, the assistant manager at Paxton Cool Springs, was the absolute highlight of our entire moving process! From start to finish, her exceptional customer service blew us away. She made everything so simple, stress-free, and incredibly smooth. Every step was clearly communicated, and her responsiveness was beyond impressive — we always felt informed, supported, and taken care of.
It’s rare to find someone who not only excels at their job but also genuinely cares about the people they're helping. Hannah’s professionalism, friendly attitude, and standout communication turned what could have been a hectic move into an easy, enjoyable experience.

Paxton Cool Springs is such a wonderful place to call home! The property is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and you can tell the team takes great pride in keeping everything looking the absolute best! There’s always plenty of parking, and the location couldn’t be more convenient with easy access to groceries, coffee shops, shopping, and the interstate! The staff here is fantastic — professional, friendly, and always willing to help, they truly go above and beyond to keep this place looking and feeling its best!

We were evicted without notice, even though we had one full year remaining on our lease. The reason? Our kids made normal sounds while playing and crying. I was recovering from surgery and requested just one week’s grace—but management showed zero compassion.
The apartment has extremely thin walls, and echoes carry even at night, yet they blamed us for “disturbing others.” Shockingly, some neighbors recorded our voices without consent and sent them to the leasing office to complain. This felt like harassment and a violation of our privacy.
Ironically, the complex is full of dogs, and the area constantly smells of dog urine and feces, but they claim children are the problem. They refused to reimburse rent, even though we were forced out unfairly. No offers or promotions were extended to us, while others received them.
The front office was dismissive, and the environment felt hostile and discriminatory, especially toward families and people from diverse backgrounds. We always kept the apartment clean, respected neighbors, and followed rules. But if you’re a family, especially from a culturally diverse background, be prepared for exclusion, bias, and a lack of basic decency.
