One of the best apartment complexes in Cordova. It’s quiet but convenient, well run and has a charm others do not have. Team is always responsive and quick with any concerns. Love it here !

Moving in has been the worst of my life for apartments. The keys for door and mailbox did not work. The carpet was dirty and smelled. There were multiple other issue with the apartment. 6 days later nothing done to resolved issues despite multiple calls and trips to office. Horrible management on every level. Property management had not contact me at all. Undrae Billups.

I have not lived here, although do love the 2nd level Phase 3 units and the location to Shelby Farms. From a vendor standpoint Park's Edge is LEVEL 1. Awesome staff, Great communication, Quick pay...THUMBS UPPPP.....

This photo shows what happens when it rains. This freezes over when it's cold. This is on the way to the residence of those with disabilities. This has been an ongoing problem for years. This has been ignored for years. Good luck.
