I have been at the apartments almost 2 years now, as I have just renewed my lease. The neighbors are kind and friendly. I have only ever had one problem in my apartment which they had someone come out quickly and efficiently to handle. Very happy to call Pine Forest home!
- MDmichael diazApr 8, 20221.0You never know when you'll have a parking spot or not. I fell due to a faulty step with my 3week old baby and they refused to fix it. Which I interpret as they don't care about me and my family's well-being and safety. I'm leaving asap.
- STSara TimbreSep 26, 20191.0Senior community. Rude management that's never available and discriminatory. Claim they are pet friendly but complain anytime they see a dog over 15 lbs. Plumbing issues, water backed up into our hallway several times and we were expected to clean up the damaged. Just don't rent here. And melanie if you're reading this, you should be fired.
