- SCSarah CrosbyAug 9, 20251.0This is the most awful group of people I have ever had to deal with. We moved here from out of state and rented a home from PMI. The upstairs carpet stank when we moved in and they told us to get it cleaned. The carpet cleaner we hired told us it was cat pee and he had already cleaned this house before we moved in and there probably wasn’t much cleaning it would do since it was probably in the subfloor. I informed PMI and they had a carpet company come out weeks later to measure. Then another and another and have refused to replace it after lying to us repeatedly. Our 2 yr old had respiratory issues and we had to rush her to the ER in the middle of the night and they still refused to do anything. We pay a LOT of money for a home we thought would be a nice place for our family and instead have been living in a nightmare. Please do not use this company if you are thinking of renting a home or renting out a home.
